Anue Lifestyle Care has an immediate need for Private Duty CNA Caregivers, known as Care Advocates, to support Care Recipients in Louisville, Kentucky.
The Anue Care Advocate role is more than traditional caregiving. Care Advocates provide compassionate one-on-one, non-clinical support that promotes safety, dignity, independence, and quality of life in the home and community.
Anue Lifestyle Care is built on a high-tech, high-touch care model that includes wellness check-ins, care documentation tools, care navigation support, and monthly virtual correspondence with Certified Wellness Coaches and Care Navigators. Care Advocates are an important part of this preventive, holistic care ecosystem, helping families stay informed and connected.
Services may include personal care, companionship, daily living support, mobility assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping related to the Care Recipient’s immediate environment, transportation support when authorized, and family communication through approved agency channels.
The ideal candidate has strong caregiving skills, excellent judgment, professionalism, reliability, and a heart for serving others. Care Advocates may also have future advancement opportunities through the broader Anue Enterprises and Guardian HealthStaff nationwide network, supported by a family-run, Women Owned and Joint Commission-certified foundation.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

- Are you currently located in or near Louisville, Kentucky, and are you able to reliably travel to Care Recipient homes?
- Do you have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance for your own vehicle?
- Are you comfortable providing non-clinical personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting assistance, mobility support, and companionship?
