Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Staffing Onsite Representative to join our team and drive talent acquisition efforts at our client’s facility. This energetic role involves engaging with diverse candidates, managing full-cycle recruiting processes, and fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike. Duties
- Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for staffing needs, engaging with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate smooth recruitment processes.
- Conduct candidate sourcing through various channels including social media marketing (recruitment), job boards, and direct outreach to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
- Lead screening interviews, coordinate assessments, and manage candidate evaluations to identify top talent for high-volume recruitment projects.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as UltiPro or similar HR systems to maintain accurate candidate records and streamline hiring workflows.
- Develop and execute effective employee orientation programs, ensuring new hires are well-informed about company policies, culture, and expectations.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, external recruiting agencies, and community partners to support campus recruitment initiatives and succession planning efforts.
- Ensure compliance with HR legal standards including employment law in talent management while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Utilize negotiation skills during offer discussions to secure successful placements while managing candidate expectations professionally.
- Conduct research on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent sourcing strategies to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
- Support training & development initiatives by providing feedback on employee performance and contributing to ongoing talent management efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, external recruiting, or high-volume recruitment environments.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills in both languages (bilingual proficiency required).
- Familiarity with talent management software such as UltiPro or equivalent HR systems; experience with ATS platforms is preferred.
- Knowledge of employment law related to talent acquisition and HR legal compliance standards.
- Demonstrated ability in candidate sourcing techniques including social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, and research methods.
- Experience in technical recruiting or specialized hiring processes is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an emphasis on human resources best practices including employee relations and employee evaluation processes.
- Strong organizational skills for managing employee orientation sessions, employee relations activities, and training & development programs.
