Wooster Motor Ways has been hauling dry van freight since 1963. We keep our drivers in the Midwest/South so they can be home weekly, while getting anywhere from 2,000 to 3,000 miles per week based on their needs.
We hire both company drivers and owner-operators in the following categories:
- Local – Home every night, paid hourly
- Dedicated – Can be paid hourly or per mile. Usually home every night.
- Regional – 300-500 mile runs paid by mileage, home every week.
- Student Program – We offer a paid 5-6 week training program for regional drivers who have recently obtained their CDL-A (dry van only). This training is available from April 1 – Oct 14.
