BAUER AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE, a family owned and operated Auto/Truck Repair Shop. We are looking for an automotive professional capable of managing multiple priorities in a growing auto service shop. The right candidate is highly organized, skilled at communicating to all levels of the organization, working cross functionally, and presenting information in a logical, strategic way to Owners and Office Controller.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet all customers
- Maintain and fill shop work schedule.
- Create and update estimates and invoices for repairs
- Input info in Mitchell and QuickBooks system (will train)
- Locate parts for repairs through dealers, parts vendors, and independent research.
- Consistent communication with customer via phone, email and/or text.
- Record daily Accounting transactions.
- Monitor cash flow-issues on checks, deposits, and credit card payments.
- Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
