Perry Reid Properties is seeking a dependable, motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Grand Junction, Colorado. We believe teamwork is the foundation of our success, and we are looking for an individual who takes pride in their work and is committed to providing exceptional service to our residents. This position will split time between two apartment communities in the Grand Junction area.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in general maintenance, painting, cleaning, and groundskeeping is preferred. HVAC experience or certification is a plus, but not required.
This position includes occasional on-call responsibilities as needed. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and provide their own basic hand tools.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Daily grounds maintenance and property cleanup
- Routine apartment and property maintenance
- Unit turnovers, including painting, carpet removal, cleaning, and repairs
- Assisting with preventive maintenance projects
- Responding to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming community environment
