Auntea Jenny Torrance is a new boba tea shop seeking friendly, dependable, and hardworking Boba Baristas / Team Members to join our opening team.
Previous boba or beverage experience is preferred but not required. Paid training will be provided. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, works well with others, and can thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Duties
- Brew fresh tea and prepare boba, toppings, and other ingredients
- Handcraft milk teas, fruit teas, coffee, and other menu items according to company recipes
- Take customer orders accurately and operate the POS system
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional customer service
- Maintain drink quality, presentation, and order accuracy
- Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food-safety standards
- Wash utensils, containers, and preparation equipment
- Complete opening, closing, and assigned shift duties
- Work cooperatively with team members during busy periods
- Restock supplies regularly to ensure the availability of ingredients, cups, straws, and other essentials for smooth service
- Follow food safety protocols during beverage preparation and food handling to uphold health standards
Skills
- Experience with barista duties, beverage service, and drink preparation in a café or food service setting
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
