As our Treatment Coordinator, you'll serve as both a patient advocate and a key member of our front office team. You'll help patients understand their treatment options, coordinate their care, and ensure every visit is welcoming, organized, and seamless from the moment they arrive until they leave.
What You'll Do
- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism by checking them in and creating a positive first impression.
- Escort and seat patients promptly while coordinating with the clinical team to maintain an efficient schedule.
- Answer incoming phone calls, assist patients with questions, schedule appointments, and provide outstanding customer service.
- Review and explain recommended treatment plans in a clear, compassionate, and easy-to-understand manner.
- Present financial options, discuss payment solutions, and help patients maximize their insurance benefits.
- Schedule treatment appointments that support both patient needs and practice efficiency.
- Verify insurance benefits, maintain accurate patient records, and ensure necessary documentation is complete.
- Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment and encourage completion of recommended care.
- Collect payments and process financial transactions accurately.
- Coordinate closely with doctors, hygienists, and clinical team members to provide a seamless patient experience.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional organization, attention to detail, and professionalism.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered office culture.
