Client Advisor / Automotive Sales Consultant
Xclusive Auto Group is seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our growing sales team. No Automotive Experience Required – Willing to Train the Right Candidate
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that fit their needs, budget, and lifestyle
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships before, during, and after the sale
- Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits
- Conduct test drives and explain financing options
- Follow up with showroom traffic, internet leads, phone inquiries, and referrals
- Maintain knowledge of inventory, lender programs, and current promotions
- Work collaboratively with management and team members to achieve monthly goals
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sales process
Qualifications:
- Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license required
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred
