Allies Tax Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our clients by providing guidance, ensuring compliance, and helping navigate complex tax matters. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently, and a solid understanding of financial principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze clients’ financial situations and make informed, strategic decisions based on information provided by clients and tax agencies
- Review and interpret IRS transcripts (preferred)
- Manage and prioritize a caseload based on complexity, urgency, and volume
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Tax preparation experience is a plus
Compensation:
- $19 – $22 per hour (based on experience)
