Ovida Construction Group is looking for a qualified, disciplined and self-motivated Commercial Project Manager for new construction projects and renovations ranging from $1,000,000 to $15,000,000. Ovida is a fast growing Commercial General Contractor looking for a long term team member to continue the owners vision of providing first class service and quality craftsmanship to its customers!

Responsibilities
- Oversee construction process on all assigned projects
- Project buyout (scope, negotiate and contract subcontractors)
- Managing project budgets
- Qualifying bids
- Scheduling
- Risk assessment and overall quality and performance in the field
- Reporting project progress to upper management and clients
- Review and submit project specific submittals
Requirements
- 4 year BS from an accredited university or college is preferred
- 5 years of experience as a PM preferred
- New Construction and Renovation Experience
- Hotel/ Hospitality background preferred
- Ability to understand plans, scopes and buyout of projects
- PMP Certification preferred not required
- Trade experience preferred not required
- Energetic, Hardworking, Self-Motivated
