Job Duties & Responsibilities
In-Store Team Member Tasks:
- Make and serve Jimmy John's sandwiches the freaky fast way
- Greet every guest with a smile and top-tier customer service
- Keep the shop clean, stocked, and prepped like a pro
- Operate the cash register and help customers with their orders
- Work together with your team to meet goals and maintain high energy
Delivery Driver Duties (as needed):
- Deliver orders freaky fast to customers with accuracy and a smile
- Navigate routes safely and efficiently in your own reliable vehicle
- Provide great service and ensure every delivery is a great experience
- Assist with in-store tasks between deliveries
- Follow all safety and food handling guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Must be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license, auto insurance & clean driving record
- Must have reliable transportation
- Someone who enjoys staying busy, having fun, and keeping it fast-paced
