Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to assist clients with their orders, provide product information, and support basic design and quoting tasks. This role will also involve learning and using 2020 Design software to help generate simple cabinet layouts and estimates.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is eager to learn new tools, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.t.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls and assist customers with inquiries
- Start quotes and gather necessary information from clients
- Provide basic product knowledge and support
- Learn and use 2020 Design software to support basic kitchen layout and quoting tasks
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Deliver excellent customer service with a positive and professional attitude
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or office administration is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency with 2020 Design software or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
- Confident and engaging phone presence with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a proactive and professional approach
- Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
Bonus:
- Experience in the kitchen, bath, or home improvement industry
- Familiarity with 2020 Design or NetSuite is a plus
