Responsibilities:
- Follow up on all leads generated through various advertisements/ resources
- Interviewing/ Screening of applicants- Safety/ driving background as well as employment background
- Schedule orientations and travel/ board to our Olathe, KS terminal
- Social media posting
Skills:
- Motivated, sales-oriented (the phone is your best friend- cannot be afraid to pick it up and call, call, call)
- Basic windows-based computer knowledge
- Solid time management & independent working skills
- Social Media savvy
- People friendly- we are selling potential drivers on an employment opportunity that lots of other companies are also offering them. We have to stand out and let the driver know why we are the best fit for them
- Previous tele-marketing/ sales experience is preferred
- Knowledge of Tenstreet (recuiting/safety management platform)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
