We are Roofing Company ramping up for storm season and are seeking a highly motivated self starter for an Office Administrator to join our team! Duties
- Manage a customer pipeline and facilitate customer needs to complete their project in a timely manner
- Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, handling inquiries and routing calls with clarity and friendliness.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems using digital tools such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events.
- Outbound calling to customer insurance companies to facilitate a claims process and obtain documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, supporting client needs with professionalism.
- Handle clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing documents, and managing correspondence to ensure seamless office operations.
Requirements
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
- Excellent computer literacy including data entry, proofreading, and document management.
- Experience working with multi-line phone systems and providing top-tier customer support.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous clerical or administrative experience in a professional setting is preferred; experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills including phone etiquette and interpersonal professionalism.
