About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide care for individuals with a variety of complex diagnoses. This diverse clinical environment ensures you are constantly expanding your knowledge, sharpening your skills, and growing as a healthcare professional every day.
Position Highlights & Responsibilities
- Holistic Assessment & Care Planning: Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and collaborate closely with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop highly effective, individualized plans of care.
- Goal-Oriented Outcomes: Establish realistic, measurable short- and long-term goals. Implement proactive interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and continuously evaluate patient outcomes.
- Clinical Excellence: Safely administer medications and perform specialized treatments in strict accordance with physician orders.
- Team Leadership & Supervision: Delegate patient care responsibilities to care staff, providing the supervision and guidance necessary to ensure all interventions are implemented safely and effectively.
- Seamless Communication: Act as the communication hub for your unit, accurately sharing vital patient information with assigned staff and ensuring seamless transitions during shift handovers.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing
- CPR Certification is required
