Confidence Hair Salon a Gainesville-grown collaborative salon focused on bespoke color, blonding, and hand-tied extensions. We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in their preferred services, an active social media look-book, and a clientele that covers at least 35% of their weekly schedule. Our goal is to have a stylist for everyone. From creative color to craft haircutting and modern blonding, we aim to have a coalition of stylists that covers every skillset. This role offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant salon environment where creativity and skill are highly valued. Requirements
- Valid cosmetology license or certification in the State of Florida.
- A committed clientele of at least 35% of the work week. We are committed to helping to build the other 65%.
- Experience with Vagaro booking software is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- A social media presence that shows consistency in capturing your work and showcasing it.
- Willingness to continuously learn new skills and techniques in the beauty industry.
