What You’ll Do as a Fiber Internet Sales Agent:
- Conduct informative presentations to educate customers on fiber internet solutions, services, and current promotions while highlighting key benefits and value.
- Engage prospective customers through positive interactions to assess their connectivity needs and recommend personalized internet solutions.
- Build lasting customer relationships through professional outreach efforts that foster trust, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to confidently present products, answer customer questions, and guide customers through the enrollment and activation process.
- Achieve individual and team goals through consistent performance while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
What We’re Looking For in a Fiber Internet Sales Agent:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, canvassing, or other customer-facing roles preferred
- Knowledge of fiber internet, telecommunications services, broadband technology, or related products is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers and build lasting relationships
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Ability to quickly learn new products and sales processes while maintaining strong organizational and problem-solving skills
