Primary responsibilities of the job include:
- Supervising all project budgets and schedules
- Demonstrating excellent written and oral communication skills
- Providing attention to detail and organizational skills
A successful candidate will possess the following:
- Must have 3-10 years of experience as a Superintendent
- Experience overseeing projects in the health care and/or higher education industry.
- Experience working at OSU would be preferred
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Direct experience with projects ranging from $5-30million
Salary Range: $90-120K
