In-Office Sales Closer – Advanced Marketers
Location: Orange, CA (In-Office Only)
Compensation: Draw Against Commission — $120,000+ annually with residuals and quarterly bonuses

About the Role
We’re hiring closers, not order-takers.
This is a high-energy, in-person sales role for someone who thrives on interaction, builds rapport quickly, and can close deals confidently. You’ll meet qualified leads that our marketing team generates, attend local events, and network with business owners in the trades.
If you’re the type of person who doesn’t wait for opportunities but goes out and creates them — you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
- Close deals from qualified leads provided by our in-house marketing team
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and live workshops (travel covered)
- Build long-term relationships with local business owners across SoCal
- Present Advanced Marketers’ services and confidently overcome objections
- Follow up on leads and maintain your pipeline through CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing and onboarding teams to ensure client success

Requirements
- Must be based near Orange, CA and available in-office daily
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel within SoCal
- Professional, clean, and well-dressed at all times — you are the face of our company
- Experience in solar sales, door-to-door, business consulting, or high-ticket sales preferred
- High energy, outgoing personality, and strong conversational skills
- Proven closer — someone who doesn’t wait for the sale to come to them
- Motivated by competition, growth, and performance
Compensation
