Baltic Food Distributing is seeking a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position consists of approximately 70% local deliveries and 30% warehouse duties. Drivers return home daily and deliver food products to grocery stores, supermarkets, and specialty retailers throughout the Chicagoland area. CDL Class A or Class B preferred, or non-CDL Class C license accepted. Responsibilities
- Safely operate company delivery trucks on scheduled local routes.
- Load, unload, and deliver customer orders accurately and on time.
- Verify deliveries and obtain customer signatures.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
- Assist with picking, packing, and staging customer orders.
- Receive incoming shipments and stock inventory.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Work closely with warehouse and office staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Follow all DOT, company, and food safety regulations.
Qualifications
- CDL Class A license.
- CDL Class B license.
- Non-CDL Class C license
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse work.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Previous delivery, warehouse, or food distribution experience is preferred
Work Schedule:
Mon-Fri (No Weekends)
2 shifts rotates weekly
6am-2:30pm and 7am-3:30pm
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
