```Duties```
- Assist with food preparation and cooking under the direction of the culinary staff
- Serve meals to residents in a timely and courteous manner
- Clean and sanitize dining areas, kitchen equipment, and utensils
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Help with dishwashing and kitchen cleanup tasks as needed
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a dietary aide or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
