RiVidium is seeking a Content Strategist to support our planned MODES III team supporting Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP). This role supports Outreach & Engagement Services and helps deliver mission-focused outcomes for service members, families, and related stakeholders. Develops mission-aligned content under PWS C.5.2; aligns messaging to engagement analytics and stakeholder communication objectives. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop content strategies aligned to audience needs, campaigns, and organizational priorities.
- Coordinate content planning across digital channels, programs, and stakeholder requirements.
- Use analytics and performance feedback to refine message delivery and content effectiveness.
- Partner with writers, designers, and outreach teams to support integrated communications.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor?s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- Relevant experience aligned to the role and labor category; openings may be filled at Mid (7-10 yrs), Senior (10-15 yrs).
- Ability to satisfy applicable Government personnel security requirements for the assigned role and work with sensitive but unclassified information.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills in a mission-focused delivery environment.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality digital, visual, written, or user-experience deliverables relevant to the role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting public sector, defense, or mission-focused digital communications programs.
- Familiarity with audience analytics, user-centered design, accessibility, and content performance measurement.
- Experience collaborating across content, design, stakeholder engagement, social media, and campaign teams.
Work Setting
This role is expected to support work in the Alexandria, Virginia area, with on-site support at the DoD Mark Center or other customer-approved locations as required. Hybrid support in the Alexandria, Virginia area is expected, with on-site support as required by the customer.
