Position Overview
JUS Official Services is seeking a Firm Acquisition Scout (Strategic Growth Opportunity Specialist) responsible for identifying potential acquisition, partnership, merger, or strategic collaboration opportunities involving agencies, creative firms, talent management companies, production studios, marketing firms, design agencies, consulting firms, digital service providers, intellectual property portfolios, or other businesses that may complement or expand the Company’s service capabilities.
The Firm Acquisition Scout helps identify businesses that may be open to acquisition discussions, partnership structures, white-label collaborations, joint ventures, or strategic alignment opportunities that support growth of the Company’s service ecosystem.
This role operates strictly in an opportunity identification and introduction facilitation capacity only.
The contractor:

- does NOT structure transaction terms
- does NOT provide valuation opinions
- does NOT provide legal advice
- does NOT provide investment advice
- does NOT solicit investors
- does NOT handle funds
- does NOT bind the Company contractually
All negotiations and final agreements are handled solely by Company leadership and appropriate licensed professionals where required.

Commission Structure
This role is performance-based and tied to successful introduction of strategic opportunities that result in executed agreements approved by Company leadership.
Compensation may include:
- performance-based business development success fees tied to successful introductions
- integration success fees tied to successful onboarding of introduced opportunities
- time-limited revenue participation tied to opportunities sourced by the contractor
- compensation caps per opportunity
- compensation structures that conclude once defined thresholds or time limits are met
Compensation terms are defined in the independent contractor agreement and may vary depending on the nature of the opportunity.
Compensation is provided solely for business development services related to identification and introduction of strategic opportunities.
Compensation is not based on negotiation of transaction terms and does not provide contractor with authority over agreements.

- does not represent themselves as broker or intermediary in securities transactions
- does not represent themselves as Company executive or officer
- must ensure Company leadership approves all agreements
- must operate strictly in opportunity identification capacity
- must avoid misrepresentation of authority
- must ensure transparency regarding role limitations
Required Qualifications
