About the Role
As a Field Service Technician, you will serve as a vital problem-solver for homeowners, diagnosing and restoring the functionality of essential household systems. You will utilize your technical expertise in refrigeration and mechanical repair to ensure customer satisfaction while enjoying the autonomy of a mobile, field-based role.
Responsibilities-
Travel to residential locations to perform precise diagnostics and repairs on major home appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, and laundry units.

Maintain an organized service vehicle and manage inventory parts to ensure efficient, first-time fix rates.

Qualifications-
High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Proven mechanical aptitude with the ability to use specialized diagnostic and hand tools.

Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and navigate various home environments.

Proficiency in reading and applying technical manuals to solve complex mechanical issues.

Ability to pass standard background and drug screening requirements.

EPA Type I or Universal Refrigeration Certification.

Prior professional experience in appliance or HVAC repair.
