Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour
Per Diem: $90 per day worked for qualified travelers
Schedule: Approximately 50 hours per week

Position Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented Project Coordinators/Data Support Personnel to assist with inventory labeling and data tracking on a large industrial construction project. This position combines general material-handling responsibilities with technology-based inventory support.
Successful candidates must be comfortable using scanning devices and software, entering information accurately, and learning internal inventory processes quickly. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, technologically capable, and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced project environment.
Essential Responsibilities
- Label construction materials, equipment, tools, and inventory items according to established project procedures.
- Use handheld scanners, tablets, computers, and inventory software to scan and track materials.
- Enter inventory information accurately into internal databases and tracking systems.
- Verify item numbers, quantities, descriptions, locations, and labeling information.
- Assist with receiving, sorting, organizing, staging, and distributing project materials.
- Conduct physical inventory counts and compare results against electronic records.
- Identify missing, damaged, mislabeled, or incorrectly recorded materials and report discrepancies.
- Update inventory records when materials are received, relocated, issued, or returned.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper documentation related to inventory activities.
- Follow internal workflows and project-specific procedures for labeling, scanning, and data entry.
- Communicate inventory updates and discrepancies to project leadership, warehouse personnel, and field teams.
- Assist with general labor and material-handling duties when needed.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe inventory and material-storage areas.
- Protect confidential project information and maintain accurate records.
- Follow all company, project, and jobsite safety requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in inventory control, material handling, warehouse operations, data entry, project support, or a similar role preferred.
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, handheld scanners, and mobile applications.
- Strong data-entry skills with close attention to accuracy and detail.
- Ability to quickly learn new software, processes, and inventory-tracking procedures.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, email, and common computer applications.
- Ability to read and accurately record item numbers, quantities, descriptions, and storage locations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
- Dependable attendance and the ability to work approximately 50 hours per week.
- Ability to lift and move materials and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in warehouse, construction, and industrial project environments.
- OSHA certification preferred; candidates must be willing to obtain it if required.
- Must successfully complete all project onboarding requirements.
