Job Overview
We are seeking dependable, hardworking Movers/Drivers to join our growing relocation team. This position involves assisting residents with moving, packing, loading/unloading furniture, and transporting belongings safely between locations. Team members will work directly inside occupied residential communities and must maintain professionalism and customer service at all times.
Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, and transport furniture and household items
- Assist with packing, wrapping, and protecting resident belongings
- Drive company trucks and/or transport vehicles as needed
- Lift and carry heavy items throughout the workday
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate professionally with residents, property management, and team members
- Follow company safety procedures and moving protocols
- Assist with basic moving equipment setup and breakdown
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background screening
- Ability to lift 50–100+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Comfortable working indoors/outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Residential moving experience required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving box trucks or moving trucks
- Customer service experience
- Team-oriented mindset
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
