Full-time$18–22/hr DOE Clean driving record required
We're a growing landscape company and ownership needs a trusted person by their side — someone they can hand something to and not think twice about. This isn't a crew position. You work directly with ownership, and when they need something handled, you're the one who handles it.
One morning you're at a property handling something a client just called about. That afternoon you're getting equipment to the mechanic, picking up materials, or photographing a job site for an estimate. You'll know what needs to happen, you'll make it happen, and you'll log it in our system. Occasionally there's billable field work in the mix. Every day is different.
The right person for this role takes pride in being reliable and trusted. You don't need someone looking over your shoulder — you just need to know what's expected and go execute.

- Reliable — show up, follow through, no drama
- Sharp enough to handle things independently and make good calls on the fly
- Detail oriented with a high bar for quality — you notice what others miss and you care about getting it right
- An extension of leadership in the field — you carry yourself accordingly and people can tell
- A true team player — you work well with crews, communicate clearly, and make things easier for everyone around you
- Clean driving record — you'll be on the road every day
- Comfortable enough with a phone to log your work in an app
- Able to do physical outdoor work in all weather

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
