About the Role
As an LPN at our state-of-the-art facilities in Saratoga and Queensbury, you’ll be at the heart of our mission, delivering exceptional care under the guidance of our skilled physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and practice management team. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to flex between our two locations, providing variety and the chance to connect with diverse patient communities. What You’ll Do:
- Deliver Compassionate Care: Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and provide hands-on support to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program and current LPN licensure.
