Position Overview
We are looking for Morning Line Cooks / Prep Cooks who take pride in consistency, cleanliness, and speed, but more importantly, understand that every plate impacts a guest's experience.
This is not a "stay in the back and just cook" role. Our kitchen operates as part of the guest experience, and we expect our cooks to carry the same level of hospitality as our front-of-house team.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items to exact standards (burgers, fries, prep items)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation at all times
- Work with urgency while maintaining quality and consistency
- Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth service
- Support front-of-house when needed to ensure great guest experiences
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
