Performs the routine aspects of planning/scheduling and/or cost engineering assignments requiring knowledge and application of basic project controls principals. Using prescribed methods performs specific and limited portions of planning/scheduling and/or cost engineering assignments. Develops broad knowledge and skills in a specific practice area. Evaluates, selects, and applies standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to perform a task or sequence of tasks for conventional projects with few complex features. Collaboratively uses judgment to determine adaptations in methods for non-routine aspects of assignments. Works on small projects or portions of larger projects.
BS or MS Graduate; or previous experience in other functional area.
Normally requires a minimum of two years of experience in planning/scheduling and/or cost engineering with typical experience ranging from three to seven years; but may include additional experience in other functional areas.
