This is not just another plumbing job.
Taysom Plumbing is being built from the ground up, and we are looking for one or two exceptional Service Plumbers to join us at the beginning.
You will not be employee #87 walking into a company where everything has already been decided.

Your Performance Has Real Upside
This is not a $24–$30/hour plumbing job. That's your guaranteed base.
Your total compensation is designed to grow significantly with your performance.
You receive a guaranteed hourly wage for every hour worked, plus applicable overtime and monthly production incentives. A strong producer can build a six-figure income, and top performers have a path to $150,000+ in total annual compensation.
We don't advertise a huge income range and then leave you wondering how you're supposed to get there. We'll show you the numbers.
$50k production → $1,500 bonus
$60k → $3,000
$70k → $4,800
$80k → $6,800
$90k → $8,800
Production incentives are subject to the terms, eligibility requirements, and performance standards of the Taysom Plumbing compensation program.
And because customer experience matters, plumbers can also earn $20 for each qualifying customer review that mentions them by name.
We want great plumbers to have the opportunity to earn great money.
But this is not “sell at all costs.”
Production matters.
So does workmanship. So does integrity. So does taking care of the customer.
We are not interested in high-producing plumbers who create callbacks, cut corners, recommend unnecessary work, pressure customers, or leave messes for everyone else to clean up.

Diagnose well. Communicate well. Present options confidently. Perform excellent work. Document the job. Take care of the customer. Move on to the next call and do it again.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Service Plumber with a minimum of 3 years of plumbing experience who can confidently handle residential and light commercial service, repair, and installation work.
You should be comfortable diagnosing problems, communicating with customers, presenting options, performing the work, documenting the job, and seeing the call through from beginning to end.
Experience in the following is valuable:
- Residential plumbing service and repair
- Light commercial plumbing service and repair
- Plumbing installation
- Water heaters
- Tankless water heaters
- Fixtures and valves
- Leak diagnosis
- Drain and sewer work
- Water filtration
- Repipes
- Troubleshooting
- Customer communication
A professional appearance, strong communication skills, solid workmanship, and integrity are extremely important to us.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience
- Valid California driver's license
- Acceptable driving record and ability to meet company/commercial auto insurance requirements
- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of plumbing service work
- Professional appearance and communication
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned service calls
- Ability and willingness to use company technology, including Housecall Pro
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Commitment to safe, ethical, professional plumbing practices
