Foxhound Construction LLC is hiring an experienced Paint Foreman to lead crews on commercial and residential paint projects across the Salt Lake Valley and greater Intermountain region. The Foreman is responsible for daily production, quality control, jobsite safety, and professional communication with clients, homeowners, and project management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a crew of 2–5 painters and laborers through daily field operations
- Manage schedule, materials, tools, and jobsite logistics
- Ensure quality control on all surface prep and coating application
- Communicate professionally with clients, homeowners, PMs, and GCs
- Enforce jobsite safety, PPE, and OSHA standards
- Train and develop crew; assign and inspect daily tasks
- Track production, material usage, and labor hours
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years commercial or residential paint experience, including prior crew lead or foreman time
- Proficient with brush, roller, and airless sprayer
- Fluent English (client comms, PM coordination, safety briefings)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work from ladders and scaffolds
- Willing to pass a background check and drug screen
- Legal to work in the U.S.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Epoxy and high-performance coatings experience
- Management experience
- Cabinet spraying and fine finish experience
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
