As a delivery driver, you will be subject to the responsibilities of following company procedures while loading and delivering customer packages. Delivery drivers are eligible to work three to four 10-hour shifts per week, including weekends and holiday shifts.
Responsibilities
- Safely drive and perform safety inspections on company vehicles
- Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and company policies
- Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
- Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events/conditions
- Keep up with the pace in a physically demanding work environment; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
- Communicate effectively with the support team to provide exceptional customer service and to ensure deliveries are completed
- Use a smartphone device for GPS Navigation, to scan packages, to conduct administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and to communicate with supervisors and other team members
- Load and unload packages to and from the delivery vehicle
- Support the team in daily work requirements such as through participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes
- Conduct oneself in a highly ethical manner at all times

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license (CDL not required)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass a 5-Panel Drug Screening
- Must have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations may disqualify you from the position)
- Have a positive attitude
- Fluent in English (being bilingual/multilingual is a bonus)
- Available to work weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements
- Lift a maximum of 50 pounds during an 8 to 10-hour work shift
- Appropriately handle stressful driving demands including inclement weather conditions
- Climb stairs, reach overhead, squat/bend/kneel during an 8 to 10-hour work shift

Pay: $22.25 per hour
