We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Professional Salesperson to join our team! In this energetic role, you will be the driving force behind building strong relationships with clients, expanding our sales pipeline, and closing high-end B2B and retail sales. Your expertise in outside sales, negotiation, and customer service will empower you to identify opportunities, upsell effectively, and manage a diverse portfolio of accounts. Multilingual skills and experience with CRM software will enhance your ability to connect with a broad range of clients and streamline your sales process. Duties
- Develop and execute strategic outside sales plans to generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
- Engage in B2B sales efforts through cold calling, networking events, and targeted outreach to build a robust sales pipeline
- Conduct high-end sales presentations and negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
- Manage customer relationships through effective communication, upselling, and providing exceptional customer service
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, monitor sales activities, and maintain detailed records of client interactions
- Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events, public speaking engagements, and community outreach
- Oversee inventory management and inventory control processes to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand
- Maintain professional phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and rapport with clients across various channels
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or automobile sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent negotiation skills paired with the ability to close high-end deals effectively
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to serve diverse client bases
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM software, retail math, inventory management, and inventory control systems
- Exceptional communication skills including public speaking, phone etiquette, and customer service excellence
- Experience in dealership or retail sales environments is a plus
- Ability to perform outbound sales activities such as cold calling and follow-up calls confidently

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
