Pay Rate: $28–$32 per hour (based on experience)

Administer medications, treatments, and supplies accurately and compassionately
Provide individualized nursing care tailored to each resident’s needs
Perform wound care, treatments, and clinical procedures to promote comfort and healing
Monitor residents’ conditions and document observations, treatments, and evaluations accurately
Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all state and federal regulations
Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Active Florida LPN license in good standing
CPR certification required
Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or a related healthcare setting
Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and critical-thinking skills
Team-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
