ES Recruiting Group is seeking a motivated AT&T Customer Representative to join our growing team. As an Authorized Dealer for AT&T, we help customers find wireless solutions that fit their lifestyle while providing our team members with the training, mentorship, and opportunities needed to succeed.
Whether you're starting your career or looking for a new opportunity, we'll give you the tools to grow. Previous telecommunications experience isn't required, we provide paid training and ongoing coaching from experienced leaders.
Your day may include as a AT&T Customer Representative:
- Greeting customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Answering questions about AT&T wireless plans, devices, and available promotions
- Recommending products and services based on each customer's individual needs
- Assisting with new wireless accounts, upgrades, and service changes
- Building lasting customer relationships through excellent service
- Staying informed on the latest AT&T products and offerings
- Working alongside teammates to achieve daily and weekly goals
- Delivering a customer-first experience during every interaction
