We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and organized individual to join our team as a CMA and front desk.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong customer service skills, and is comfortable with social media and content creation.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and check in clients</li><li>Answer phones, texts, and emails</li><li>Schedule and rebook appointments</li><li>Educate clients on services and packages</li><li>Assist with front desk flow and client experience</li><li>Take photos/videos for social media</li><li>Post content to Instagram/Facebook stories</li><li>Assist with creating content for social media feeds</li><li>Support the clinic organization and daily operations</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>Comfortable being on camera and creating social media content</li><li>Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, Canva, or content creation apps preferred</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset</li><li>Certified medical assistant of at least 1 yr experience</li><li>Receptionist, sales, or wellness experience preferred</li><li>Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent is required to ensure preparedness for emergency situations</li><li>Strong patient service skills with excellent communication abilities and a professional demeanor</li><li>Ability to perform vital sign measurements accurately</li></ul>Position Details:<ul><li>Part-time with opportunity for growth (3-4 days per week; 10-20hrs/week)</li><li>2 Saturdays required (9a-1p)</li><li>Hourly pay based on experience</li><li>Bonus/incentive opportunities available</li><li>No benefits</li></ul>We are looking for someone who aligns with our mission of wellness, preventative health, and creating an exceptional client experience.To apply, please submit your resume along with any social media handles or examples of content creation experience.Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>medical assistant: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>BLS Certification (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
