ROLE DESCRIPTION
We're looking for a dynamic Telemarketer to help expand our customer base through outbound calls. This part-time role is a strong entry point into the insurance industry and offers flexibility in scheduling.
You'll do well here if you're comfortable on the phone, don't mind hearing no, and enjoy turning a stranger into a conversation. Prior sales experience isn't required — coaching is.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our insurance products and services.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to assess their insurance needs and provide relevant information about our offerings.
- Schedule appointments for our team to further discuss policies and provide quotes.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update customer information in our database.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly goals.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Compensation: $15 to $20 per hour, with performance-based bonuses. Starting rate depends on experience.

We help customers with insurance and financial services including Auto, Home, Life, Retirement Planning, Business, College Planning, Health, and Renters coverage. Our office is in the Timberwood Park area of San Antonio.
