Are you an experienced ERP sales professional with a passion for building relationships and driving growth? We are partnering with a growing ERP consulting and implementation organization that is expanding its Epicor practice and looking for an Account Executive to help lead new business development efforts.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment, enjoys creating long-term client relationships, and wants to play a key role in shaping the growth of a specialized ERP services business. You’ll work directly with leadership and consulting teams to identify opportunities, expand client partnerships, and help organizations maximize the value of their ERP investments.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive new business development across ERP software licensing, consulting services, and implementation projects
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects, customers, partners, and industry contacts
- Identify, qualify, and manage opportunities throughout the full sales cycle
- Partner closely with consulting and delivery teams to align customer needs with service offerings
- Convert inbound leads into active opportunities while proactively generating new business
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of implementation, optimization, support, and consulting engagements
- Position consulting solutions across operational, financial, technical, and development functions
- Expand relationships within the ERP customer and partner community
- Participate in strategic growth initiatives and business development planning
- Maintain consistent communication with prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in ERP sales, business development, or account management
- Strong preference for experience within the Epicor ERP ecosystem
- Experience selling software licenses, consulting services, professional services, or implementation projects
- Proven success generating and managing new business opportunities
- Ability to balance new business acquisition with long-term relationship management
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Experience working with ERP consultancies, value-added resellers (VARs), system integrators, or software partners is highly desirable
- Understanding of manufacturing and distribution environments is a strong advantage
- Existing industry relationships and network within the ERP space are highly valued
