Compensation
Annual Earnings: $54,000–$70,000+
Your compensation includes:
- Starting Pay: $26.00–$30.00 per hour
- Guaranteed 40 hours of pay every week
- Overtime opportunities paid at time-and-a-half
- Sales commission opportunities
- Quarterly performance bonuses

- Additional pay increases for earning Virginia pesticide licenses

- Service residential and light commercial customers
- Perform inspections and pest treatments
- Educate customers and provide recommendations
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Maintain accurate service records
- Keep your company vehicle organized and professional
