Summary/Objective
We are a residential property management company managing single-family homes throughout the Tampa Bay area. We are seeking a dedicated, dependable, and dynamic individual to join our team as a Real Estate Field Agent. This role requires you to be responsible for conducting property showings, posting notices, and performing inspections while providing exceptional service to our residents, clients, and team members.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Essential Functions

- Perform detailed home inspections using company checklists and take photographs of occupied and vacant homes.
- Conduct property showings for prospective tenants.
- Assist prospective tenants in understanding the home rental process and answer general questions related to leasing.
- Complete move-in, move-out, and periodic inspections, documenting and reporting all findings accurately and thoroughly.
- Perform additional fieldwork duties, including but not limited to posting notices, delivering air filters, and installing or removing lockboxes.
- Demonstrate a positive, professional, and client-focused attitude when interacting with coworkers, tenants, clients, vendors, and members of the public, whether communication occurs by phone, email, mail, or in person. Continuously seek opportunities to improve work processes and results to better meet client expectations.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and organized property files and records in accordance with company procedures, with a strong emphasis on thorough documentation for future reference.
- Coordinate with the Office Manager and support staff to ensure company procedures are followed when processing, communicating, and distributing information. Provide prompt, detailed, and accurate status updates on all assigned properties.
- Establish and maintain collaborative and professional working relationships with coworkers.
- All employees are expected to contribute to maintaining a positive online reputation for WrightDavis. In doing so, employees are expected to actively obtain positive reviews across all online platforms.
- Our office operates as a team environment, and employees may be asked to assist with other responsibilities or cover additional desks during peak seasons or throughout the year as business needs require.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position.
- Monday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Tuesday through Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
