The majority of this role is proactive outbound sales. We provide warm opportunities and the tools to help you succeed, but we're looking for someone who is excited to hunt for new business and build their own book of accounts.
Illustrative earning potential:
(Average customer typically reorders around 1 pallet/month @approx $10,000 per pallet):
10 active customers averaging 1 pallet/month → ~$5,000/month
20 active customers → ~$10,000/month
30 active customers → ~$15,000/month
Some customers will buy more than one pallet.

- Chase every qualified lead to the finish line — no lead gets abandoned, no unanswered prospects, and no unexplained losses. Pursue every opportunity until you reach the decision-maker and know exactly why they said yes, no, or didn’t move forward.

- Experienced closing $10K+ B2B deals
- Comfortable prospecting and generating their own opportunities

- Experienced with Hubspot CRM systems Required and a Non-Negotiable
- Cannabis industry experience is a plus, but NOT required.
