What You'll Do
- Clean residential homes according to company standards
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and detail living spaces
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and procedures
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Maintain company equipment and supplies
- Deliver consistently high-quality results that exceed client expectations

Requirements
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift 30+ pounds
- Ability to bend, kneel, squat, climb stairs, and remain active throughout the workday
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Residential cleaning experience preferred but not required
Compensation

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
