We are a residential construction and renovation company specializing in new builds, home additions, decks, and structural improvements. We are seeking experienced Framing Subcontractors who can take on full framing scopes with consistency, quality craftsmanship, and professionalism.
Job Responsibilities
Frame new residential homes, additions, and structural builds
Frame decks, porches, and exterior structures
Interpret and execute framing plans, layouts, and specifications
Ensure all work meets local building codes and structural requirements
Provide your own crew, tools, equipment, and transportation
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Communicate clearly with our team regarding progress, scheduling, and material needs
Requirements
Proven framing experience three years preferred
Licensed and insured as required
Reliable crew with appropriate tools and equipment
Ability to read blueprints, plans, and measurements accurately
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and professional conduct
