Step into a role where hospitality feels like home. The Gather Company is seeking a Housekeeper to help maintain and enhance our two beautiful, historic Inns — Boggs Mansion on the North Side and The Inn on Negley in Shadyside.
Working closely with the General Manager, Innkeeper, and a dedicated team, this position is perfect for someone who takes pride in creating warm, welcoming spaces for guests to relax, unwind, and feel cared for. What You’ll Do
At The Gather Company, every role supports the guest experience. As a Housekeeper, you’ll help bring our mission of thoughtful hospitality to life by:
- Ensuring guest rooms, dining areas, and common spaces are spotless, organized, and inviting
- Greeting guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Supporting breakfast and small event service, as needed
- Assisting teammates to ensure seamless daily operations
Preferred Background & Experience
While we welcome applicants from all backgrounds, our ideal candidate brings:
- 2+ years of experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or service roles
- Strong communication skills across guests, team members, and leadership
- The ability to complete room turnovers efficiently and with attention to detail
- Comfort lifting up to 25 lbs and moving between levels of the Inns
- Server experience is a plus
