Assist Store Manager duties will include but not limited to;
- Create a positive and friendly experience for every customer.
- Enroll customers in our Unlimited Club Membership plan and sell retail washes.
- Ensure the safety and satisfaction of customers during their service. This includes in the self-serve vacuum area and guiding customer vehicles into the wash tunnel, detail department too.
- Help maintain the lot and facility, including assisting in regular maintenance of all equipment, cleaning tasks, pressure washing, sweeping the lot, and washing towels.
- Always displaying a fresh and professional appearance.
- Function as the manager in charge when Site Manager is unavailable or OFF.
- Provide training for all new hires
- Understands how all equipment and computers should function properly.
- Assist in attracting, recruiting, developing and employees at every position.
- Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on all equipment.
- Assist with chemical inventory & usage.
- Deals directly with all customer concerns, questions, and complaints when Site Manager is unavailable.
Job Requirements:
- You must be hard working, team-oriented, and able to bend, twist and squat.
- You must be friendly, honest and have great customer service skills.
- Experience and comfort speaking with customers.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Able to work in heat and/or cold.
- Fast paced and physical.
- Must have own, reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
- Must be able to work weekends, to include Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Candidates with restaurant preferably previous car wash experience are encouraged to apply. We are searching for those with a high mechanical aptitude.
