What You’ll Do:
- Conduct assessments that highlight each child’s strengths and needs
- Develop and adjust data-driven ABA treatment plans
- Provide parent training that supports lasting progress
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians
- Collaborate with families, educators, and related providers
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation
Who You Are:
- A Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing
- Experienced with autism and developmental disabilities
- Skilled at collaborating with families and teams
- Organized, dependable, and outcome-driven
- A strong communicator who leads with compassion
