We are currently seeking a Salad Maker for our Oviedo location. This is a great opportunity to grow within a well-established company and be part of a professional and collaborative team.
Position Overview
As a Salad Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality salads and burrata boards with consistency, attention to detail, and efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive and properly store incoming products in designated dry storage and walk-in cooler areas.
- Organize and rotate inventory according to FIFO procedures.
- Maintain appropriate par levels for the salad and prep station to support daily operations.
- Execute salad, antipasti, and other assigned food preparation while maintaining consistency and presentation standards.
- Open and close the salad station according to established procedures, ensuring proper stocking and readiness for service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked workstation throughout each shift.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation or restaurant environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety and proper handling procedures
- Team-oriented with a professional and positive attitude
- Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
- Basic communication in English and Spanish is preferred (it is okay if you don't speak it 100% perfect)
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
