Responsibilities

Assist in organizing exhibits, client meetings, filing motions, and coordinating witnesses to ensure readiness for trial

Prepare essential legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence, including interrogatories, subpoenas, and affidavits

Act as a professional liaison between clients, opposing counsel, and court staff, maintaining high standards of communication

Ensure attorneys are informed of and prepared for all deadlines, court appearances, and meetings
-
Keep electronic and paper files meticulously organized, ensuring all case materials are efficiently managed and accessible
Qualifications

Family law experience is REQUIRED!

At least 2 years of family law paralegal experience with a deep understanding of all the complexities of family law

Outstanding organizational and time management skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients, team members, and court personnel

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization

Proficiency with CIS software, Microsoft Office 365/Teams, and SharePoint. Bilingual abilities, especially fluency in Spanish, are a plus but not required
