Job Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, competitive F&I Manager who wants to make real money and help build a serious finance department across a fast-growing trailer dealership group.
This is not a sit-back-and-wait-for-deals role. We need someone who is hungry, organized, phone-heavy, detail-driven, and willing to work every opportunity that comes across the desk. The right person will help drive finance penetration, backend profit, product sales, funding speed, and overall deal flow.
If you are a strong closer, understand how to work approvals, can sell value without sounding scripted, and want a pay plan with real upside, this could be a very strong fit.
Duties
The F&I Manager is expected to work every deal: cash, traditional finance, and RTO.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contacting customers quickly and professionally
- Completing finance intro calls
- Gathering required customer information and documentation
- Submitting applications to lenders
- Working approvals, denials, stips, and rehash opportunities
- Presenting payment options, terms, and backend products
- Selling VSC, tire & wheel, theft, and other approved backend products
- Supporting Finance penetration and helping route customers to the best path
- Sending contracts and following up until documents are completed
- Managing funding follow-up and reducing CIT aging
- Communicating clearly with sales, management, lenders, and accounting
- Helping train the sales team to generate more finance opportunities
- Protecting compliance, paperwork accuracy, and customer experience
We want someone who is:
- Competitive and money motivated
- Comfortable making calls and working customers directly
- Strong at follow-up and not afraid to chase deals
- Able to close without being pushy or sloppy
- Detail-oriented enough to keep funding clean
- Coachable, accountable, and willing to follow a process
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Strong with lenders, approvals, payments, and backend product presentation
- Willing to take ownership instead of waiting on someone else to push the deal forward
Experience in trailer, RV, powersports, auto, or equipment finance is preferred. Strong dealership F&I experience is a major plus.
Performance Expectations
This role is designed for a producer. The person in this seat should be focused on:
- Increasing finance penetration
- Maximizing backend profit on every eligible deal
- Keeping product penetration strong
- Reducing funding delays
- Creating a better finance experience for customers and sales staff
- Helping turn more leads and approvals into delivered units
We want someone who treats every deal like it matters, because it does.
Why This Opportunity Is Different
This is a chance to step into a growing dealership group with strong unit volume, a real finance need, and a pay plan built around production. The right F&I Manager can make a major impact quickly.
If you are a grinder, a closer, and someone who wants to be paid for results, we want to talk.
